The staff are good, and the pools are nice too.

We feel ripped off, and in hindsight I’d have picked any other place in San Pedro. The worst place we’ve ever stayed. We’re a couple with a baby who was nearly 7 months old, and had booked six nights. We chose it because it seemed to meet what we needed for a vacation with our baby: a kitchen, a crib, and a heated pool. But the place was badly run down when we arrived, and the cleanliness was awful. We had to clean cobwebs off chairs, and the furniture was covered in dust. The fridge barely worked, so some of our food went bad. There was just one working outlet in the whole cabin. The supposed double bed was two singles pushed together that kept sliding apart, which was very annoying. There were no window screens, so we had to keep everything shut. With only one working outlet, using the fan meant we couldn't use the microwave, charge our phones, or plug in anything else. It was unbearable to spend the night there. The heated pool wasn't working when we tried to use it. They said it had broken a few days earlier, though we saw comments from many people who'd been told the same thing and said it hadn't worked for a while. Breakfast was awful: hard, stale toast and croissants, and coffee we couldn't drink. The orange juice was the only good part. They hadn't even cleaned the two high chairs in the dining area. They clearly don't understand cleanliness. On the fourth morning, we found maggots in the beds, including the baby's crib. It was horrifying and disgraceful. We attached photos and videos. Then someone who works there, maybe Julián, the maintenance guy, made a very inappropriate comment suggesting we'd put the larvae there. Why would we? How could we? We only wanted a good first vacation with our baby. We'd been extremely polite from the start, even though they hadn't provided any of the services they advertised. That comment was shameful and completely out of line. They offered to move us to another cabin, but we were the only guests at the entire place. After finding larvae where our baby had slept and seeing how filthy everything was, there was no way I could feel comfortable in another cabin. We cut our vacation short by two days and went home. Management agreed to refund us for those two unused days. We have never been so glad a vacation was over and we could go home. I hope this helps anyone considering the place avoid a bad stay, and that the owners learn to treat customers respectfully, provide what they promise, and put some care into the property. It's disgusting.

We stayed there for two nights a week ago. The place has real potential, but it badly needs cleaning and maintenance. There were no heated pools like the website advertised. The pool decks were in such poor repair that exposed nails and broken boards could cause an accident. It's a shame they don't put more into it.

We stayed in the rooms section for two days with two friends. The peace and quiet did let us get some rest, which was the one good thing. But one shower was blocked and wouldn't drain, and the food service was very poor. There's no point paying for full board if the food is raw, and they don't mention at booking that drinks cost extra. Breakfast was only toast and croissants with coffee, just so-so. The photos show a lot more than what's actually there, and things that need attention don't seem to get fixed.
