Silvia was very kind and gave us helpful recommendations for our time in Madryn. The apartment is a block from the beach in a really quiet area, and the price is very reasonable for what’s included: Wi-Fi, a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, cooking utensils, and an excellent bathroom and shower. Highly recommended.

Silvia is very friendly, and it was a pleasure to stay at her house. It’s comfortable and well equipped, with a varied, delicious breakfast. The setting is pleasant and quiet, about a 20-minute walk or an 8-minute drive from the center. Our stay was better than we expected. If we come back to Madryn, we’d book here again.

The cleanliness was really disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, the shower clogged and unusable, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the sheets smelled bad, and there were dishes left to wash in the kitchen. The house was cluttered with personal belongings, and we only found out on arrival that it was shared, something the listing doesn’t mention. Definitely not recommended. Google doesn’t let me reply, so I’m adding the information you asked for. We stayed the night of November 29, 2023, and left early on November 30, 2023. The reservation is under my partner’s name. It was my partner, me, and our almost one-year-old baby. I have photos. The chickens are very cute, by the way. I hadn’t seen baby chickens in a while.

Silvia is warm and friendly, and the house has spacious shared areas that made us feel at home, plus a lovely patio. We had a private bathroom, breakfast included, and comfortable beds. It’s also close to the city center. Our two days there were wonderful despite our short visit to Madryn, and our experience was 100/100. If we return, we’ll stay at Silvia’s again. I give it ☆☆☆☆☆.
