Azalea Luxury Lodge

The accommodations are nice and spacious, and the location is good.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was very complete, and reception was always attentive when we needed something. The place is beautiful, has everything you need, and matches its description. I traveled with a group of friends a few days ago, and we liked the facilities. We left especially grateful to reception. The location is a big issue if you don’t have your own transportation. It isn’t central or easy to reach, and San Rafael has limited transport options: the bus only comes every 2-3 hours and taxis are extremely expensive. They offer bikes for use inside the complex, but they aren’t in good condition. There’s daily cleaning, so keep your belongings locked in your suitcase or safe, good luck. Cleaning staff stole from us, and the accommodation wouldn’t take responsibility. We asked that the same people who stole from us not clean our room again. The response was that they’re the only people who’ve worked there for seven years, so who knows how long they’ve been stealing from guests. On top of that, they asked about our room and laughed in our faces because they knew we’d complained. We loved the facilities, but the location and the cleaning staff are very important issues that need to be addressed.

We came back really happy after an amazing 10 days. Everything was taken care of, the service was impeccable, and the facilities were spotless and in perfect shape. Excellent place!

I booked this for my family, and they've had consistently good things to say about the house and rooms. They also praised the facilities and the quality of the service. The reservations team has been excellent and very responsible throughout.
