It had a friendly, almost home-like feel. The staff were lovely and helped me with everything, including some great recommendations. Thanks so much.

We found the place very clean and welcoming. Gastón was especially helpful and always ready to take care of whatever we needed. I'd happily come back and recommend it.

Ines, her husband, and Danisa were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help. I bought my Tren de la Quebrada ticket through them. The hostel is open during the tourist office's hours and entry is by code. Everything was clean and quiet, in an excellent location. The shared rooms have warm, comfortable beds and roomy lockers. The large bathroom was kept clean and had shampoo. Coffee and tea were available anytime, and the shared kitchen and dining space were tidy. Breakfast was good too. All the rooms are shared, and I think the bedroom doors need a bit more security since they're always left unlocked. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The atmosphere was the best part, and the service felt incredibly warm. It was a beautiful place, clean and tidy throughout.
