It works well for a night or as a stop before heading somewhere else, and the price feels fair for what you get. It's roughly 10 blocks from the old bus station, with shared taxis often passing by. A few blocks away, Guzmán Street has other places to eat, and you can also buy inexpensive sweets like cookies or order a pork loin sandwich. The rooms have Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and there's hot water all day for mate or an infusion, with cups provided. Breakfast is reasonably priced, though nothing fancy.

I agreed to pay a 50% deposit to hold my reservation after they confirmed it without a credit card. Then, at 9 PM on the day I was due to check in, they emailed to say they were full. I was two hours from the city of Jujuy and left without anywhere to stay that night. I didn't stay there myself, but the lack of professionalism was enough to put me off. I wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't want this happening to another traveler.

The beds and pillows were a disaster, and the bathroom had no door handle. The toilet flush never worked either. Breakfast was just hot water and dry bread. There's no value for money here.

They can't even be bothered to answer! You give the same response to every customer who's had a bad experience with you. For one thing, we're not from Buenos Aires. We don't haggle over prices either, since we use Booking, the number 1 accommodation app. And yes, we use the phone because it's the age of technology. If you can't manage that, leave Booking and go back to landlines, you incompetents!
