The location is the one thing I liked. The lobby is decent, but there’s no Wi-Fi, and the breakfast was absolute crap. The rooms are extremely overpriced. I paid about US$60 for a room with zero Wi-Fi. The manager said I’d already been given a discounted rate, down from $103 a night, which I can’t believe anyone would willingly pay. I’d never stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located, but a room facing the busy walkway out front can be very noisy. Parking is available, though it gets crowded: I was blocked in and had to wait for another driver to move their car. The receptionists weren’t very friendly and never smiled. For what they offer, it’s overpriced and poorly maintained. The small details matter, and the meager breakfast was the worst I had during six months of travel in South America. The coffee tasted terrible, food choices were very limited to basic pastries, and the only other option was watered-down fake juice. Embarrassing for a hotel. At least there are good cafeterias nearby. It feels like a business hotel charging too much for what it provides. Not recommended.

The free parking is a plus, and the location is very good. But it’s an old hotel without air conditioning, and the rooms are noisy. You can hear the street and sounds from other rooms.
