We were treated with a lot of respect, and the place was clean. The service was excellent and friendly. So glad we found it in Santa Fe.

The bathroom and kitchen facilities could use a lot of improvement. The beds had comfortable mattresses, though, and there was always hot water.

Getting to the parking was quick, and the service was attentive the whole time. The place itself is lovely and very comfortable. It was such a pleasure to visit and be welcomed so warmly. I’m amazed by it. Thanks so much for everything!

We stayed one night, on July 20, 2024, after a very tiring 1,000 km drive from Harmonia to Santa Fé. The owner, Sr Alberto, welcomed us very kindly. We didn’t leave to find somewhere else because it was already late and we’d unloaded all our bags. The trouble started when we were shown to an annex that’s part of the hotel. My wife, our 11-year-old daughter, two friends and I had to carry our luggage through a cramped garage full of junk, old furniture, motorcycles and bicycles, then along narrow corridors. I won’t forget the smell. The bathroom was shared and dirty. When I went to use it, I found the toilet loose on the floor and nearly fell. The shower was badly clogged, with barely any water coming out. It was right in front of the toilet, and the shower water ran into the corridor. It was awful. The shared kitchen was just as bad, with a stove caked in grease and dirt. The room smelled of grime and damp, and even the supposedly clean sheets had an unpleasant odor. I was so angry about choosing this place that I barely slept. We were lucky to be staying only one night on the way to Mendoza and left as early as we could. The cheap price ended up costing us dearly. Getting in and out meant dealing with three different keys and forcing old, crooked doors open. Seeing some positive reviews, I can only imagine they stayed in another unit or another “dimension” of this hotel. I can’t believe anyone would praise this place. I’m not complaining because it’s simple. It’s the dirt and the poor state of upkeep, especially that smell of grime. This hotel urgently needs a serious overhaul in management and hygiene.
