The cabins face the central barbecue area, so noise from gatherings and cookouts carries into the rooms and makes it hard to rest. The gym also seemed poorly maintained, with safety and hygiene concerns. The pool had so much chlorine that it ruined swimsuits for everyone in our family. We mentioned it respectfully so they could check the maintenance, but the manager, Estela, answered rudely. I wouldn't recommend this place.

There’s plenty to do here, with pools, tennis, bungalows, a restaurant, a playground, soccer, volleyball, and paddle tennis. The river is only a few meters away. The downside is that there aren’t any nearby shops for basic supplies.

We lost a lot of clothing on this vacation, including our swimsuits and a T-shirt, and it ended up costing us half again as much as the accommodation. The lack of pool maintenance, or whatever products they use to clear the water, ruined them. I had only just started paying off my swimsuit, and my daughters’, my husband’s, and the swimsuits of two family friends who came with us were ruined too. The employees looked at us as if they had no idea what was going on and kept saying “how strange,” as though our concern were crazy. Nobody informed the owners, whoever they are or wherever they might be. No one took responsibility or offered any recognition for all the ruined clothes. Such a shame.

We were disappointed because the place sounded like it offered much more than it did. On our last day we asked to use the barbecue area before leaving, and they wanted to charge us extra. Earlier, we tried to order from the restaurant, but they said they weren't cooking because there weren't many guests. The maintenance was poor too: the paddle tennis court was in awful shape when we wanted to play. And when we arrived, the children's pool and water play area was covered in algae and smelled like a lagoon. We hadn't run into anything like these issues at the other places we'd visited.
