10/10
The setting and scenery were beautiful, and it was quiet. What made us feel especially welcome from the moment we arrived was the staff’s attitude, particularly the young man working in the afternoon. We were there last week and I’d recommend the place.

The location is so convenient that you can avoid driving into Santa Rosa, which is a big city. It’s a comfortable place with a really friendly team and good food, and it’s become a dependable overnight stop for us on the drive back from San Martín de Los Andes to Buenos Aires.

10/10
The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms had plenty of space. It’s a lovely hotel and spa on the outskirts of Santa Rosa, LA Pampa. The spa was amazing.

4/10
The furniture and decor feel dated. Still, it’s a good place to spend the night if you’re driving south from Buenos Aires toward bariloche or la angostura.

The hotel itself is okay, but the front desk came across as unfriendly and the service there was poor.
