The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is a 10 out of 10: right across from the beach, just two or three blocks from downtown, with a bakery nearby that has amazing churros and a great bar on the corner. Our room was clean, though the bathroom was tiny. The window looked onto a shared patio, and the neighbors were really noisy. We were only there three days for a romantic getaway, and still managed to enjoy ourselves, but there were plenty of frustrations. After a big storm the day before we arrived, only one part of the hotel had internet, not our section. With so many tourists this time of year, I don't think fixing something as essential as Wi-Fi should wait until “Monday.” The TV stopped working on day two and there was no fix. On our last morning, ants got into the bag of alfajores and conitos we'd bought as gifts. I spent almost 20 minutes getting ants out of everything. Awful and unbelievable. They could use fumigation. I didn't take photos because it didn't seem appropriate.

After a bad experience somewhere else, Luciana, Pato, and Andrés found us excellent accommodations. They were so friendly and helpful, and even let us store our motorcycle securely. We loved the place and the location, and we'll definitely return. Greetings from Yanet and Enrique.

The best thing is the oceanfront location. Breakfast was sparse, just two croissants with tea or coffee with milk and juice, and the place is missing a lot of comforts. There was also a strong sewage smell in the bathroom.

Waking up to the sea right outside the door felt like a dream. My family and I had a wonderful few days in the apartment, which was fantastic and had everything we needed, including two bathrooms and clean tap water, a real plus. The service was excellent. I was absolutely delighted and highly recommend it.

At least they allow pets and it's right on the beach. For the same price, though, you can stay at the Sorrento hotel, which is three stars and has a heated pool, gym, and parking.
