The owners were lovely and made me feel at home. The place has a quaint, museum-like feel. It cost a bit more than I’d planned, but for one night it was worth it.

Really enjoyed the place. Breakfast could perhaps be a little better.

The reservation contact never replied to my friend’s calls or WhatsApp messages, even though the messages were marked as read. We were also told we’d be threatened with being kicked out if we did certain things, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. We expected to check in at 1:30 PM, but when we arrived, we weren’t allowed into our rooms and had to go to lunch. We waited another two hours before they let us in, with no explanation. The staff’s treatment was awful from the start. The women looking after the place came into our rooms and switched on the lights without warning, greeting us, or asking permission. That was completely unacceptable. The disrespect, poor communication, and lack of organization ruined the experience. We wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

The rooms had decor connected to the area's history, and there was even access to the museum. Everything was tidy, clean, and comfortable. We only stayed for one night, but wished we could have stayed forever. Alejandro welcomed us and was incredibly kind the whole time. He even helped with an unrelated issue we ran into. Breakfast was lovely, and the hospitality of the women who live there made the experience even better. We’ll be back!
