Ruca Haian Cabañas y Spa

The front deck was one of my favorite features, and the view from the grounds was spectacular. The pools and grounds were very well maintained, and breakfast was always plentiful and well served, easily a 10/10. Our son uses a walker, and the cabin adapted for people with reduced mobility gave him enough room to get around comfortably. The bathroom was huge and excellent. I also want to highlight how willing all the staff were to help resolve any issues.

The only drawback for me was how far it is from the city center, though the peace and quiet more than made up for that. My partner and I had a wonderful three days. The cabin was very comfortable, and the facilities and grounds were beautiful. There’s everything you need to cook, plus an on-site restaurant if you want to eat there. The staff were friendly and available around the clock to help. I’d recommend it and would go again.

The breakfast deserves a special mention: generous, delicious, plentiful, and such a treat. The grounds are beautiful and full of trees, and the pool is divine. The cabin has simple furnishings but everything needed for a comfortable stay, with parking right beside it. We loved the picture window overlooking the grounds, the great shower, and the grill. There’s a TV in both the living room and bedroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. It was super peaceful, and we had a spectacular time. We’ll be back!

The service went well beyond what we expected, from reception and restaurant staff to maintenance and massage services. We were able to fully relax and came away very happy. My parents, daughter, and I stayed four days, and the cabins looked just like the photos. Everything was impeccably clean, the facilities were exactly what we expected, and breakfast was fantastic, with something different and varied each day.
