The room could use some work. It needs paint, the wardrobe door still needs fitting, and the shower cubicle is so cramped that it should be made bigger for larger guests. Breakfast was quite limited, with tea or coffee, toast with jam and cheese, or two croissants. The staff, though, were very friendly.

The breakfast surprised me in a good way. There was a choice of hot drinks, and they offered either medialunas, toast with cheese and jam, or torta negra, plus tasty juice. Florencia handled my reservation through WhatsApp and also offered to arrange a booking and a discount on tickets to the Tapalque hot springs. The hotel is nicely located on the main avenue, right across from the hospital, and has partly covered parking. Prices felt fair. We were on vacation as a couple. The room was on the small side and had a few maintenance issues, but the bathroom was complete and the shower had great pressure and temperature. The shower enclosure itself was tiny and missing its door, so they had put up an ugly but effective curtain. The breakfast room was spacious, neat, and bright, with large windows overlooking the avenue.

Good value for the price, and it does the job. The beds were comfortable and service was good. Breakfast was basic, though, and the pillows they provide are really small, so bring your own or ask for others. Recommended.

The bikes are a great way to enjoy Tapalqué's quiet, and they're really comfortable to ride. Rental prices are affordable, and the service was excellent! ❤️
