Hotel San Carlos

We stayed one night on September 4, 2025, with three adults and a child. If you’re driving, ask reception about the parking a couple of blocks away; there’s an extra fee. The room had air conditioning, a TV, and a spacious bathroom. They supplied towels, soap, and shampoo for everyone. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of delicious choices. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful few days here. We arrived at Termas at 7:00 a.m., well before the 1:00 p.m. check-in, and the staff kindly gave us a room straight away. When we checked out, they let us leave our bags in the lobby so we could explore and enjoy the pool before heading off. Thanks, Ricardo, Ana, and Víctor, for being so helpful and attentive. The pool is across the street rather than inside the hotel, but it’s lovely and has thermal waters. Breakfast was a tasty, varied buffet, with staff serving whatever you need. Our room had a TV and air conditioning, which made things more comfortable. We were in room 208 on the second floor from July 15th to 17th, 2025. The Wi-Fi was weak up there and worked better on the ground floor. We moved the double bed to get a better signal, and that also cut down the street noise so we slept better. The toilet tank chain leaked, and sometimes we had to lift the lid to stop it squeaking constantly. There was no hairdryer, which would be a useful addition.

The service was lovely, the place was spotless, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. I recommend it, and we’d come back!

The prices were very good, and there’s a nice pool, shower, and thermal bath. We also liked the spacious dining room, excellent breakfast, good location, and how clean and tidy everything was. Excellent service.
