Our Expedia reservation for three people wasn’t honored, and the hotel charged more than Expedia had approved. I was put in a very noisy room connected to the extractor from the restaurant downstairs. The ladies working there were helpful and moved me the next day, but I lost a night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was awful and kept cutting out. One evening my colleague’s AC and light weren’t working. With nobody at reception, we guessed which room belonged to Angel, the administrator, and knocked. He was clearly annoyed and came to fix it in a terrible mood, as if he were doing us a favor. The ladies were nice, but because of Angel I’ll never return or recommend the place. AVOID it. Terrible experience.

We had a wonderful time, and the service was excellent. We came with low expectations after reading some reviews, but our experience was nothing like that. The room was spotless, and we could easily enjoy the coastal park and casino. Cable TV and air conditioning were there too. No complaints at all, it couldn’t have been better.
