The room was okay, though the bathroom was small, and Wi-Fi only worked around reception. The restaurant was a waste of time, and the place felt dressed up without much behind it. They insisted on collecting EBA even though we had a foreign credit card and passport, so I ended up paying cash. Just okay.

The mountain views around this lovely place are stunning, and it's right off the highway. There's a pool, bar, and restaurant, and the service feels personal. Sebastián and Silvia deserve a special mention for how attentive, friendly, and admirable they are. They made our stay perfect. Highly recommend it!

Dinner was delicious, affordable, and had quite a few choices. Breakfast was pretty complete too. The outdoor pool has heated water, and all the staff gave excellent service. Everything was impeccable.

César and Brenda took care of every little detail and made us feel at home with their warmth and kindness. The whole property has such a peaceful feel, perfect for switching off, and the rooms are cozy and very comfortable for sleeping well. We loved the pool area, especially the sense of being right in the landscape, surrounded by the area's natural beauty. Our stay at El Portal de la Quebrada was impeccable. Highly recommend it.

The scenery was spectacular and everything was spotless. Everyone was so friendly, from Cesar at reception to the guy at the pool bar. Thanks to the Portal team for a great experience!
