Complejo los Guindos - Ushuaia Flat

It’s a quiet, well kept complex, and the staff were very attentive. The new flat was spacious, bright, nicely furnished, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding and towels were good quality, and the radiators were easy for us to control. We’d happily stay again. The owners may get in touch on WhatsApp beforehand to sort out arrival details. It’s a few blocks from the main street, on a hilly site, so you might need a taxi or remis to get back. A taxi from Anonima Supermarket cost between 68 and 75 Argentine pesos, less than 2 US dollars.

A nice, clean, comfortable hotel at a cheap price. The one drawback is the distance from downtown. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk, or 100 pesos by taxi.

The rooms are tidy, clean, and practical, with good equipment. The bathrooms are in excellent condition, with good water pressure and temperature, and the heating works well and can be adjusted. Wi-Fi was terrible because their equipment can’t handle the number of connected devices. Each apartment can sleep up to four using the double bed and sofa bed, but for an extended stay I wouldn’t recommend more than two people. The sofa beds aren’t very comfortable.

We found it very comfortable, with everything we needed, a good mattress, and lovely hot water. The only downside was the fee for staying a few extra hours at checkout. We thought the percentage they charged was high. Otherwise, very good.
