There’s a great view over the harbour and surroundings from the fourth floor, and the fitness room was perfect. There’s a shower facility nearby, and even breakfast service. The staff are nice and friendly. The place is still being built above the fourth floor. My only issue was the room temperature: 26 degrees C was too high for me. 22 degrees would be better and cheaper.

We could walk everywhere, and parking our rental car on the street was easy. There was a garage available, too. The hotel was quiet, with hardly any other guests around during the slow season. The fourth floor lounge has a beautiful view, and I took some of my favorite photos from the balcony up there. A great hotel for our visit to Ushuaia, highly recommended.

The café has one of the best views in Ushuaia, and the common spaces feel luxurious. Service is excellent, and the whole hotel, right down to the details, is meticulously maintained. The location is unbeatable for either a family trip or business, with everything walkable and no need for transportation. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is gorgeous, and I’d absolutely stay again. It opened in March 2026 and is very new, with modern facilities, spacious rooms, and flawless decor. The beds are soft, and the bedding and towels are high quality. Service was very professional and top notch. Marriott standard. They made my days in Argentine Patagonia special. I definitely recommend it.
