We were very happy with our stay from January 4th to 10th. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, with a very comfortable bed, an excellent shower, and a spectacular view. It's well located near the Ushuaia sign and the main road/center. The office staff were incredibly helpful.
The apartment was nice and the view was great, but my friends didn't get half of what they expected. They were charged for parking they didn't have, and for laundry tokens even though there was no laundry room in the building. There was actually a washing machine inside the apartment. The service left a lot to be desired.
The Beagle Channel view is beautiful, and there's a Carrefour supermarket very close by. It's a beautiful, well-equipped apartment, about ten minutes from the tourist pier and five minutes from where San Martín Street starts, with all its businesses. Highly recommended.
The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient. It's not right in the city center, but still well situated. The apartment was beautiful, immaculate, and practically brand new.
