The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful, and we really appreciated that. The interior also makes a pleasant first impression, with an appealing look and a thoughtfully arranged space. Still, I found the bed quite uncomfortable, and it made a good night's sleep difficult. Breakfast had fewer choices than I expected, too. I gave it three stars. It has potential, but some things could definitely be better.

We were about 600m from the city center and a supermarket, and the hotel had free parking. That was a real help since driving around Tierra del Fuego is easy, while finding parking in the center is a headache. Our first-floor quad room was very large and clean. The whole place was charming and well kept, and breakfast was good.

I slept well, even with the window open, and the bed was comfortable. The room had a modern, clean design, much like the tidy, nicely decorated lobby. The bathroom was the letdown. There was quite a bit of mold in the shower and where the toilet meets the floor. The floor doesn’t direct water to the drain, and the poorly designed half door meant water pooled near the toilet. By the time I stepped out, the bath mat was soaked. If the bathroom condition doesn’t bother you, the modern room and comfortable bed are appealing.

The suite was wonderful, with spectacular views and a nice balcony. I think the owner did a great job designing it and had fun with the project. The bed and shower were great, and there was a nice espresso machine, but it came with just one capsule and none were replaced on nights two and three. The shower also needs soap, not just a little bar for the sink. A second trash can in the living area would help, and the toilet in 303 needs tightening. The internet was VERY POOR. AI says better options are available, like starlink? We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was very good, with a great atmosphere. That changed when the manager came in to unload a lot of food into a truck, talking loudly on his phone back and forth for a long time. At breakfast, one of the three warnings had lots of people arrive at once, and the kitchen staff seemed to have their hands full and couldn’t cook eggs at the same time. Maybe the ham and cheese could be prepared earlier?
