The views are beautiful, and the place feels luxurious and very high-tech. It’s spotless and smells wonderfully clean. I’d ask for a room on the fifth floor, where the view is almost 360 degrees. Just know that you have to buy everything, including detergent, cloths, and sponges. The kitchen only has utensils. If anything gets broken or damaged, they charge between 100 and 200 USD, even for something you could find for 50,000 USD. There’s a washing machine downstairs, and it’s a beautiful place from every angle. I’ll be back 💕 One thing to consider: Ushuaia is mountainous, and the property is up on a hill. If you’re not in good physical shape or have limited mobility, I’d look for a hotel in the city center.

We paid for three nights but left after the second because the bed made it impossible to sleep well. It was two single mattresses pushed together on a pair of wheeled drawer units with brakes that don’t work properly, so the mattresses shifted during the night. The topper didn’t cover the gap, and both mattresses were as hard as the floor. I don’t understand why other reviews don’t mention sleep quality, since it matters so much. We explained why we were leaving, but the host didn’t respond to our concerns. We had to book another hotel to get a good night’s sleep for our third night.

The apartment I stayed in was well equipped, clean, and organized. The building seems new, and if you have a car, there appears to be a garage, plus street parking may be available. The receptionist was very kind and suggested several things to do in Ushuaia and places to eat. The location was the one drawback for me. It’s technically near the center, by av. Martin, but going up and down every day, sometimes more than once, gets tiring. When it snows, the route can get slippery, so I wouldn’t recommend it for people with special needs or those traveling with children.

The place is modern and comfortable, with good heating and a keyless entry code. There’s security in the mornings. The high elevation makes for nice views, though the daily walk uphill can get tedious. There was a garbage smell at the entrance.

The view from the fifth floor is spectacular, looking out over Ushuaia Bay and the city. The building is modern and well equipped, with good quality appliances, kitchen items, bedding, and towels. It’s close to San Martin, the city’s most charming street, where you’ll find cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops, with lots going on in high season. Heating and hot water run on electricity and generally work well. Occasionally, a power surge can stop everything, including the water, but that’s rare and service is restored quickly. When we arrived, the owner had left us water, coffee, chips, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. That was great after arriving tired and exhausted. I recommend it.
