The price is low, but the booking was unreliable. I called a week ahead to reserve an apartment, then called again to confirm. When we arrived, a man told me they'd tried calling all week and that someone had left a note to cancel the reservation, so we were left stranded. They hadn't even asked for a contact number. I found that excuse absurd. Unfortunately.

The outside doesn't make much of an impression, but the rooms and service were excellent. Our two-story apartment was new, roomy, and very comfortable for five, with all the amenities included. Breakfast came with a huge spread of croissants, pastries, toast, and cakes. We could also order dinner to the room for a very good price, and it was generous, homemade, and delicious. 👍

The rooms are lovely, and the view is excellent. Service was good, though the breakfast was just average, planning doesn't seem to be their strong point, and the dinner menu is limited. It's a long way from the center, but there's a free shuttle from 11 am to 8 pm. You'll need to arrange your own ride back, which costs about 300 pesos.

This is a very basic hotel. The faucets keep leaking because they won't shut off, and the TV doesn't work. We also lost a wallet from the room, and nobody took responsibility. Be careful, because staff enter your room with a different key when you're away. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are better places.

I stayed with my family three years ago and felt right at home. The owners are lovely, and while the hotel is simple, it's really pleasant. Thanks for everything! When I make it back to Ushuaia, I'll definitely stay with you again. 🥰
