We stayed for a week with family and loved the hotel’s large, cozy, clean accommodations, the pool, and the shared spaces. The Beagle Channel and the Andes look terrific from the rooms and common areas. Staff were kind, always smiling, and ready to help. Breakfast was simple but very good. It’s near the city center, an easy 10-minute Uber ride, and Ubers were easy to find at any time. We had a great stay and recommend the hotel. The restaurant is independent of the hotel, so it deserves a separate review. The staff were very friendly, especially Chiara, and the food was good but pricey. Christmas dinner was really disappointing. We paid more than a hundred American dollars per person and got so little food that we were still hungry at the end of the night. When we asked for more, we were told there was no food left. Other restaurants around the city offered all-you-can-eat meals for much less, and we still left dinner hungry. The next morning, we asked other guests at breakfast and they all agreed the dinner wasn’t enough. We hope the hotel manager takes time to review the restaurant so no one else has that experience.

The room view was the biggest plus, but the bedding had a funky smell that both of us noticed right away. They keep the place warm, probably good in winter, but in summer our room felt hot, with only a small window and no cross ventilation. We finished a two-week Patagonia trip here after staying in 3-4 Star hotels, and this was our least favorite. It’s far from just about everything, though Uber is available. Breakfast was pretty basic, the gym and spa felt more fitness-oriented than relaxing, and dinner at the restaurant was just okay.

The food is cheap and delicious, breakfast is very complete, and the staff are really friendly. The hotel is comfortable and has a nice view of the beagle’s channel. The gym should open earlier, since you can’t train in the morning.

The New Years Dinner was a scam in our experience: terribly expensive and very bad. For that price you could eat at the best restaurants in Argentina. The food tasted terrible, looked poorly presented, and came in kitchen bowls. They were disorganized and threatened to charge us if we left, even though they didn’t have tables. We contacted the hotel afterward but got no response. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the center by taxi. WiFi didn’t work during our entire stay, and the pool was okay, though nothing special.

Beautiful, clean hotel with great staff. The restaurant was good too, a bit pricey, but both the food and service were excellent.
