The Tea house is a lovely spot for breakfast, with gorgeous food, and if you’re short on time they can prepare it the night before. There’s also a beer pub with good music, excellent beer, and excellent food. Our room was clean, the heating worked really well in autumn, and the hot tub was working fine. They even surprised us with a little sweet for Sunday Easter. A perfect stay in a very nice place.

The worst part was being attacked by two dogs on the property and nearly bitten. Staff watched and didn’t come to help. The following day they said the dogs were secured, but I saw one nearby ten minutes later. Our first apartment didn’t look like the photos. Across from it, construction workers were working by the jacuzzi, making noise and watching everything. For four people we got two beds and a mattress on the floor, despite the listing saying four beds. It took a lot of effort to move us, and we were shifted between two different small apartments. One unit was freezing, just 8-10 C inside, and there wasn’t a blanket. The next day, after another difficult move, we were in a warm apartment, but the carpet had what looked like blood or urine stains and there was mold. Draw your own conclusions. I would NOT recommend staying here, especially at $250 a night.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the place was clean, calm, comfortable, and beautiful. It’s about a 15-minute drive from downtown, but staying here is worth it. Simply wonderful, highly recommended!

A scenic place, quite a way out from Ushuaia, about 15 minutes by car. The Tea house and The Beer Poin serve meals, but if you want something different to eat, head into town.
