We were told check-in was at 3:00 PM and that the keys would be in a safe on the other side of town. They didn’t arrive to leave the keys until 4:20 PM. We tried contacting them by email, WhatsApp, social media, and phone, but got no response at all, and I’m still waiting. Then we arrived to find one bed unmade. A terrible experience.
