Waia Apartments

We spent almost five days in Ushuaia, and the apartment was gorgeous. The view is beautiful, and all the dishes, appliances, linens, and decorative touches are tasteful and high quality. The service matched the quality from our first day to our last. Eugenia, the manager, paid attention to every detail from our first contact and even stepped in with our travel agency to make sure a specific service request was met. From the living room, you can take in Ushuaia, with a wonderful view of both the canal and the mountains. It’s quiet, too, so you can enjoy the scenery. The apartment is excellent and well equipped, with everything needed for cooking, good adjustable heating, and very good quality linens and towels. Eugenia is an excellent host who notices the details and checked every day whether we needed anything. It’s outside the city center, so a car is ideal and, for me, essential for exploring the city. My family and I spent a week there in October. The apartment felt like a warm, inviting home, smelled wonderful, and was very comfortable and fully equipped. Having mate while looking out at the Beagle Channel was a spectacular extra. Euge stayed in touch and was always there for what we needed, really pampering us. Highly recommend it!

The balcony view is the finishing touch that makes the whole experience feel perfect. Euge welcomed us so warmly, showed us around, and had ice cold water waiting in the fridge, along with treats and snacks. The apartment was spotless, heated so we were never cold, and had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils and towels to sheets. It felt like a luxury stay from the moment we arrived. I’d come back a thousand times!
