The hotel itself was generally fine, and I’ve attached a photo so this isn’t just an unsupported comment. But the cleanliness and lack of empathy seriously affected my sleep. While I was asleep on a business trip stop in Vera, I heard something by my ear in the middle of the night. I switched on the light and saw a huge cockroach crawling across the nightstand. The next day I told the concierge, who wouldn’t take responsibility and said it had happened before. That lack of commitment and care for a guest is deplorable. Some people may do their jobs well, but a cockroach by the bed, poor cleanliness, and the response I got aren’t things I can overlook.

They provide a kettle and complimentary tea in the room, which suits me perfectly since I make tea at 2 a.m. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and the service was fantastic. There was also a complimentary bottle of water with the stay. We’ll be back!

Those scented candles are lovely, and room 20 was splendid. I stayed with my partner and could bring my dog without an extra charge. He just wasn’t allowed in the breakfast area. 10 out of 10 for La Giralda!

Breakfast had gluten-free options for my girlfriend, who has celiac disease, and we really appreciated that. It was a pleasant stay, with everything comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended.
