The location is the best part, right by the river coast where you can get some fresh air, walk or run, and find nice playgrounds for kids. The hotel was disappointing, though. It felt outdated and poorly maintained, and there was a bad smell along the hallway on the 3rd floor where I stayed. I didn’t try the restaurant, which opens for dinner at 8 PM. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety, and the staff were OK. I wouldn’t stay again.

It was an OK stay. The beds were decent, though the rooms felt a little stale. The TV kept making a strange noise, so I unplugged it. There was a lot of noise from the workout room, and the lifts were loud all through the night.

I booked through the app using points, but the reservation wasn’t honored. When I got there, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t do much. In a foreign city, they didn’t help me find somewhere else or seem to care that I’d paid and spent 30 minute's in a taxi just to get there. The entrance looked terrible, and there was only 1 person at the front desk. I waited 20 minutes behind someone before I could get more help with a question about points. Wyndham Diamond Status didn’t seem to get me much there, or when I called to discuss the problem.
