The location was great, but we weren't treated very well and felt constantly watched. The elevators were in very poor condition, and the pool area is small for the number of people in the building. We expected a view of the lake or something better, but got a view of courtyards instead. This also wasn't the building we'd originally chosen, as they changed our room the day before the trip. I won't be back.

The building is beautiful, and the pool was lovely. Security was very good, with staff always on guard. But room 6C was dirty and had no fan. With the heat, it was impossible to sleep, and the bar a block away made awful noise if you opened the window. The place also lacked amenities: I rented it for four people, but there were no kitchen utensils. The balcony window wouldn't close properly, so I had to put a chair in front of it because I have a small child.

We've stayed there every time since finding the place. I highly recommend it.

The beds are broken, the bedroom fan doesn't work, and they're trying to charge for items that weren't there. You're left dealing with the poor condition they handed over because they completely ignore you. Management is terrible and no one answers the phone. I don't recommend renting here.
