Hotel Cristal Viedma

The staff were incredibly attentive, and everything else was perfect. The room was huge, with a king-size bed and a fan that we didn’t use because the air conditioning was temporarily out. It had a private bathroom with nice, warm water. I did notice a musty smell in the common areas and hallways, like someone used to smoke inside the hotel, but it wasn’t noticeable in the room.

Mrs. Marcia at reception was kind and attentive, and I felt comfortable during my stay last night. The room was spacious and met the basic standards for a hotel. Breakfast was good and had the necessary ingredients, especially meaningful in a country where these products are expensive to produce. The whole staff seems to work in harmony with the owner's vision. Thank you for the service.

The secure parking lot is 30 meters from the hotel, which was reassuring. The air conditioning wasn’t working, but we didn’t need it, since opening the window a bit and using the fan was perfect. The breakfast was very good and varied, with coffee and milk, yerba mate, several teas, toast, fruit, cold cuts, nuts, sponge cake, orange juice, and yogurt. The bathroom was adequate, with a hot shower, bidet, soap, shampoo, and new towels. The room was very clean, and the beds were the best part, clean and with mattresses in perfect condition. It’s an affordable hotel with excellent staff, a good choice for a stopover. My family and I were so comfortable that I stayed a little longer than planned. I’d return.

It’s a long way from the city center, but a good option for a short stay or a quick stopover. The staff were all very attentive, and during our stay they offered dinner service, which I highly recommend. Breakfast was well served, with tea, toast, cold cuts, assorted jams, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and something sweet. The facilities aren’t modern, but they do what they need to. The shower had wonderful hot water, and although we visited in summer, the air conditioning worked perfectly.
