El Kapricho

It's a nice place, but the pool and the facilities in general were dirty.

The only bright spot was the affectionate dog. The cabin and complex badly need maintenance: no clothesline, dish rack, bedside table or bedroom lamp, doors that made awful noises and wouldn't close properly, and a broken bathroom door. We were told on arrival that the pool is closed on weekends, and the Wi-Fi never worked. The grill is tiny and has no light. Trash was scattered across the grass, and every piece of playground equipment was broken, which is dangerous for children. We never saw the owner, who didn't show up at all. We won't be back.

The pool was beautiful, and a green-eyed dog greeted us and almost made us forget the rest. The cabin was dirty and musty, and the toilet setup was awful: unless you reach into the tank, the poop you flush stays floating there. There was a bar of soap with hair in it in the shower. At least the sheets and towels were clean.

Manuel, the owner, was really friendly. It's a lovely, super quiet place, just right for relaxing.
