Altas Cumbres Hotel & Apart

We felt looked after and safe here, almost like part of the family. The place is peaceful and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Congratulations to Daniel and Mercedes. We’d be glad to come back soon, and definitely recommend staying here.

We came as four families for a long weekend, but the man at the entrance treated us aggressively and very badly. Breakfast was sparse and basic, and some rooms had cracked walls and dampness.

Daniel looked after us so well, and the family atmosphere made us feel confident and comfortable. The hotel also made it easy to walk around both the old and new downtown areas, and it’s only a few blocks from the terminal. We mainly wanted somewhere we could sleep well and take a good shower before heading out each day, and it met that need. We hope to come back and try the apartments. The regional decor is tasteful, and the reception and terrace feel cozy. Our room was quiet at night, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, spotless linens, and warm blankets. The shower had great pressure and temperature. Breakfast included homemade products, and if you leave something behind in your room, they’ll look for it.

Daniel made us feel right at home, and we had a great stay. The hotel is close to the center but tucked into a quiet area. Our room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom had good water pressure, and there was parking. Breakfast was good too. I’d recommend it for a few days in Carlos Paz, and we’ll definitely be back.
