The house was spacious, simple, tidy, and comfortable, with a humble feel. Alberto and his niece gave me very good service and sorted out the few problems that came up soon after my stay. The location is excellent, on a quiet street with spectacular views and a fairly large lot. The outdoor pool is more than adequate for cooling off on hot days. I slept peacefully in the back master bedroom and the children's room, both of which were well insulated. Even when it was freezing, the house stayed at a comfortable temperature. Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity, and almost all other utilities were readily available. There are quite a few maintenance problems: the shower is poorly built, with no separation from the rest of the floor, so it floods, and the faucets are awkward to use. The water heater malfunctioned and gave little hot water. The outdoor pool's surface was peeling, outlets were badly placed, the metal and wooden shutters were a bit worn, and the locks on the doors and main gate had been neglected, among other things. The pool attendants never cleaned the pool, and the old furniture smelled musty. The TV service was useless, with parental controls disabled and only Cablevisión Fabertel Flow available. I'd recommend the house, but some smaller issues need attention.

A great property, with all the comforts for seven people. The owner is always attentive!
