Yeye, the owner, checked in with us every day and paid attention to every detail. Whenever something came up, she handled it warmly. Pamela, Paola, Jimena, Romina, and Mimi were all lovely and helpful as well. The hotel has a Buddhist feel, striking mountain views, and the San Antonio River nearby. We were very comfortable, with outdoor and heated pools, a dry sauna, and optional massages. There’s a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a poolside bar, and a barbecue area with grills. The service was outstanding. We’ll definitely return, highly recommend it.

I loved the terrace in the apartment area and made the most of it. A few small issues came up there, but they were fixed quickly. The sauna, Scottish showers, and heated pool all met expectations. Prices at the bar and hotel felt high compared with prices out on the street; making them more affordable might encourage guests to spend there. The kitchen could use better utensils and a microwave. I’d also improve the children’s area, extend pool hours, and bring some life to the apartment pool area, since the hotel and surrounding area don’t offer other activities.

We felt so relaxed paying for everything at the end of our stay, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room was warm and comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. The place was spotless and clearly looked after, including the pools. Bar staff and room service were both friendly and attentive. They pay incredible attention to detail, and Namaste really suits the place and the service. I’d definitely come back.
