Everything else was okay, but the service was horrible, apart from the breakfast service, which was good overall. A lady came into our room to clean even though we hadn't asked anyone to enter without our permission. They also said we'd parked wrong in the cramped basement, even though the car was perfectly parked in a spot for one car. Worst of all, the TV didn't work. We called someone to fix it, and they took it away, saying they'd replace it, but never came back.

The pool was nice, and there's a grill and a pretty good gym. It can feel cramped with a big group, though. Breakfast was shoddy at the best of times and completely inedible the rest of the time.

The pool was a 10/10, and the view was beautiful. We slept really well on the perfect mattresses, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also a 10/10. Santi and Agustín deserve a special mention, they were respectful, very kind, and attentive to everything we needed. Everything was excellent. I recommend it and would definitely return. We've always had wonderful service here, and we appreciate the breakfasts, cleanliness, and hotel security. On our last visit, the owners welcomed us along with Helga, their beautiful, friendly, obedient boxer dog ✨ See you soon! 👏☺️

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the service was excellent during our weekend stay. The hotel is beautiful throughout and has lots of amenities. We rested really well in the lovely rooms. The terrace is gorgeous, with a lake view. They could improve the cleanliness and some of the facilities a little, but we loved the place. We'll be back soon!
