Golden Ross

We were treated very well by the staff, and the hotel itself was nice and clean. We booked a standard room but got a suite, with a beautiful view. The pool area looked lovely, though it wasn’t maintained well and the algae made it slippery. The jacuzzi was out of order too. Breakfast was very basic, just pastries and tea. At 150,000 pesos a night, I expected a buffet. There was also a party on the fourth floor on our second night.

It’s a great place to sleep, in a unique spot in Carlos Paz close to everything. I loved the terrace, and the staff were very attentive. Ask the chef for his ravioli, some of the best I’ve ever had!

We found a wonderful hotel with a prime location, so we didn’t need to take the car out of the garage. The service felt completely personal, everyone was friendly, the place was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. The view was incredible, and the deals were a great bonus. Highly recommended! Thanks for everything, Hotel Golden Ross. We’ll be back soon!

We stayed during Carnival. The hotel was nice and met some of our expectations, though cleanliness could be better. The staff seemed new, which stands out to someone who works in customer service, but they also seemed keen to do their jobs. Lorena, the afternoon receptionist, deserves a mention for her service. The woman on the morning shift was less welcoming and didn’t provide the best customer service.
