A lovely place for a family stay with kids, and they have activities every day.

They need to invest in the basics: sheets, towels, and cleaning.

Excellent.

The water park was the reason for my three stars. Guests can go in and out for free as often as they like during their stay, which is great with children. There are lifeguards, and the kids will have a blast on the slides and in the pools. Otherwise, the entry fee is $20,000 as of January 2026. The food truck serves tasty food at reasonable prices, handy for a quick lunch. Reception and dining room staff were wonderful, and they store luggage for free. The common areas are pleasant, with fifteen barbecue grills near the cabins. The room was clean, but the pools weren't, and I don't think even the pool vacuum had been cleaned. The location is good for getting away from the bustle of the city center. We used Uber, and rides to the Cucú fountain and beaches such as Tala Huasi and Cabalango were reasonably priced. We stayed as two adults and one child in a triple room. The light wasn't working, but they replaced it right away. The bathroom is old, and shower water splashes all over. I asked for a mop. I don't mind drying the floor, but that's not what I want to do on vacation. Breakfast was awful, with very few options, though there is free hot water and an electric kettle. If they urgently fix what needs attention, I'd come back. Otherwise, I can't recommend it.
