The manager and his wife were always ready to help, and their care for the establishment really shows. Service was 10 out of 10. The complex is welcoming, our apartment was comfortable, and everything was in perfect condition. I had an excellent experience and would absolutely come back and recommend it.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and bright, with a small grill and patio of its own. There’s an underground parking garage available, with an automatic gate. The whole pool is fenced, and it has a shallow beach area for little kids. Wi-Fi and cable TV are available too. It’s a pleasant, family-friendly place, and the organization and cleanliness really stood out. The cleaning staff work every day, washing down the shared areas and keeping an eye on the guests. Gabriel takes care of the pool, which was spotless each day.

The apartments are roomy and have all the amenities, and the pool is lovely.

I thought the place was nice until I saw the owner filling the water tank from the pool. It was disgusting, and we had to leave because I was there with my wife and children, including my 4-year-old daughter, my 11-year-old son, and my 15-year-old daughter. We had all drunk that water. They don’t even have a water cistern. We asked around and everyone else had water, but the owner’s answer was for us to go down and fill up the pool with water. This ruined our vacation and was horrible for our family. We had to stop at the plaza a block away and search rental apps with the children. We’d come almost 1,000 km to enjoy Villa Carlos Paz, which I have no doubt is a beautiful place and worth visiting, but people stop coming because of a few unspeakable people. The owner told my wife, “I’ve already bought a water truck to fill the tanks, don’t worry, go for a walk, everything will be sorted by 3 PM.” When we returned before then, the supposed water truck turned out to be a light blue hose from the pool to the tank, and his employees were bailing out water dripping into the parking lot. I have videos, photos, and audio recordings of this character playing with people’s money and health, and I have evidence I’ll present. This place should be shut down, and the owner should be in jail. Anyone who was there on those dates and got sick, please file a complaint so this kind of thing doesn’t keep happening. People who gave it 4 or 5 stars didn’t go through what my family and I did. If I hadn’t realized what was happening, maybe out of ignorance, I might have given it 4 stars too. PAY ATTENTION WHEN RENTING SO THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN TO YOU.
