Hotel El Paraiso Boutique

The balcony was shared with two other rooms, and it was so noisy I couldn’t rest. I could hear everything from the room next door and the pool below. I stayed in the “In-Person Suite,” which was tiny and basic, with a soft mattress, flat pillows, a pilled bedspread, and a strong bleach and damp smell. At checkout they tried to charge me again because I’d sent the receipt to one receptionist, while a different one was on duty and didn’t know it was paid. I wouldn’t go back or recommend it.

The pools were well cared for and at a great temperature, as was the outdoor hot tub. They also provide bathrobes to guests for free, and parking is very close by, convenient and secure. The buffet breakfast was varied, generous, and full of fresh, tasty food. Hotel El Paraíso was clean, comfortable, nicely designed, and in excellent condition, with really attentive staff. We’re grateful and very happy with our stay, and would recommend it and come back. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE CARE!!! The Cortez Acuña Family.

We’re coming back with the whole family, and we’ve already decided this will be our anniversary spot from now on. The owner is so kind and attentive, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and happy to help, from the receptionists to the morning waitresses and the evening waiter. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and new. Congratulations on such a luxurious place.

The hot tub and pool, common areas, and food were all in perfect shape. The menus were excellent and there was plenty to eat, and the price was a steal. My wife and I loved our weekend stay starting November 6th. Congratulations to the whole team who looked after us. We’ll be back with my children. Cheers!
