At least when we complained about the noise, they moved us to a room where we could sleep. The pool was the only real highlight. Otherwise, our stay wasn't good: people talked or shouted around 5 or 6 in the morning, and perhaps the hotel needs clearer rules for guests. The rooms aren't great, the air conditioners seem close to giving out, and breakfast was poor.

The pool was nice, and the cook was really friendly and made delicious food. The room itself was disappointing. Its air conditioner was tucked into the wall but didn't cool the room, and I waited half an hour for hot water in the shower.

The pool was a plus, and Camila at reception was helpful. Malala, the cook, was very friendly and made delicious food. But I was really disappointed by the rest of the reception service and the cleaning. They never changed the sheets or even swept the room.

It was already a great hotel, and it's even better under the new owners. Good value for the money, and I'd recommend it in every way.

The cleaning wasn't good, and our room for four had a broken air conditioner. We complained, but it was never repaired. They didn't bring a fan when we asked for one either.
