Noria Hotel

The TV didn't work, and the owner was incredibly rude, getting angry if we came back late at night. Apparently 1 a.m. was too late for her. We spent four days without showering because there was no water. Her suggestion was to wash in the pool, and she hadn't even bought water jugs, so we ended up using pool water. Even after the supply came back across Carlos Paz, our place still had no water because she didn't have a pump for the tank. Honestly, what they promise is nothing like what it's actually like.

The one good thing was the location, just a block from the town hall. The hotel needs renovation. My room had a window AC unit that only blew air, and the window was sealed, so the sun heated it all afternoon. The curtains let in all the light, with no blackout. The TV remote didn't work either. There was no parking, and the pool area was neglected, with cloudy water.

It's close to the center, which is great, and the place was clean. Breakfast, though, was very basic and pretty poor.

They charged us for a room for four, but put us in a room for three. Breakfast was terrible too, and whenever we left the room, they turned off the electricity.
