The bus terminal is only a block and a half away, so the location works really well if you don't have a car. Reception staff were cool, friendly, and helpful, and the cleaning team left our room spotless each day. The bed was very comfortable, though the water wasn't always hot. Breakfast was a 10/10. I'll be back.

The location is the only thing going for this place. The photos online do NOT match the hotel: there was dampness, broken air conditioners, worn-out bathrooms, and old furniture. They offered no solutions, and the condition of the place ruined my vacation. It was way too expensive for what we found, and I wouldn't recommend it or return. They don't even provide water, just a small pitcher and glass for a minimal stay. There's no Wi-Fi either, which is such a basic thing. A complete disaster, like a hotel of horrors.

The receptionists and the other staff were very helpful, and breakfast was good. The pictures they use also look much better than the place does in person. I came back yesterday, and the conditions were much more limited than I'd expected. I don't mean that the place was humble. The toilets were loose, and something in the bathroom seemed to have a problem. The mattresses sagged completely. My mother had shoulder pain, so we had no choice but to leave early. We had to ask for towels because none were left during cleaning, and the worst part was having to shower twice in cold water.

The staff were excellent, and the location is handy, a block and a half from the bus terminal and just a few blocks from the city center. The rooms are basic, but they do have air conditioning, which is great. Breakfast was good and looked like the picture. The rooms and mattresses could use more maintenance.
