January 2026. They rented us the room without saying there was no water. We asked for a bucket so we could bail water out of the sink and flush the toilet, but they ignored us. The walls were wet from terrible damp and peeling. The floor was filthy, drawers were full of trash, and there were cigarette butts under the bed. The bathroom light took several tries to stay on. The air conditioning was ancient, didn't work, and they didn't give us the remote. The pool was full of bugs. Breakfast service was awful, with bread and croissants that looked like they'd been sitting in storage for three days. We asked the day before if they could prepare something gluten-free, and they completely forgot. I've never stayed anywhere with service this terrible. Luckily it was only one night. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Room seven was hot on my first day. I ran the air conditioning for a while, but it stopped working that night and didn't come back on until Monday morning, when I left. I stayed four days and three nights. For a two-star hotel, it's quite inexpensive, though the service left something to be desired. The pool and the water pressure in the shower were the best parts. Several times I went out to explore the city and came back at 7:00 a.m., but there was no way to get into the hotel. I had to enter through the courtyard.

Forgettable stay. There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, and the parking area was crammed and badly laid out. The hallways were dark, the rooms had no lamps, and neither the blinds nor the fans worked. Terrible.
