The pool was excellent, with lots of seats and sun canopies, though it could use more filtering. Breakfast was just ok. Our room was clean and well equipped, with air conditioning and a very comfortable bed, but it was a bit small and wouldn't suit someone with mobility issues. Reception staff spoke English and made us feel welcome; check-in was quick, and they arranged a car and driver for our trip to La Cumbrecita the next day after recommending a great restaurant for that evening. The hotel is well placed for restaurants and the lake. A good stay, highly recommended.

The view is totally worth it, the restaurant food was really good, and the place was generally clean. But service set a bad tone from the start. Nobody greeted us when we came in, and when I raised the urine smell in our room, they wouldn't move us and just sprayed air freshener. The room assigned also wasn't what I'd reserved on booking dot com. The front desk was VERY RUDE, and staff weren't welcoming or friendly. If I'd received decent service when we arrived, I might have forgotten the drawbacks and left a FIVE STAR, but I can't call this a 4 star hotel. More like 3. The rooms are dark and dingy, and the beds are very uncomfortable. The pillows feel like sponges. The hair dryer takes at least 30 minutes to dry male hair, and you have to shake the shampoo bottles at least 10 times to get a little out. You need physical keys to get into the rooms. The TVs are really old, with no English channels, and they're not smart TVs either.

Come ready for beef, pork, and chicken. The presentation is minimal and there's no ambience, but it's a darn good parilla. We had a tossed salad and fries as sides, and the prices are very reasonable for the value. Highly recommend!

The indoor pool is a relaxing place to take a break, and the rooms are very comfortable. The infrastructure is awesome, with a great spot right beside the lake. Town is only 5 minutes away.

The lakeside view makes up for it being a little away from the center. Everything is clean and well kept, and the service is very good. Breakfast is okay, though there isn't a huge range of food.
