Ana was the highlight for me. She was attentive and caring, looked after me like a mom, and made my stay enjoyable. The other staff members were nice too. I also appreciated being able to borrow a bicycle for free to get around the lake for half a day. The hotel facilities could use some improvement.

The walk to town takes roughly 40 minutes, but the lake promenade is pleasant and full of wildlife, mostly birds, so the time passed quickly. I had a big, clean room with a nice view, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the downside: not much choice, and the worst "bread" I had in Argentina. As a Norwegian, bread matters to me, and the croissant wasn't good either. I stayed three nights in November 2018.

The hotel's location was the one drawback for me. Still, the view was fantastic, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can absolutely recommend it.

A lovely view and one of the comfiest beds I've slept in. The hotel is outside town, though still not too far away. Breakfast could use a bit of improvement.

The view was lovely, but the hotel left a bit to be desired. You can easily hear conversations from the next room and toilets flushing. The toilet seat was chipped, and breakfast was fair.
