The location is the strongest point: the apartment is inside Paseo Quattro, just two blocks from the center, surrounded by shops, and the area feels nice and safe. It’s generally well equipped and climate-controlled, with radiators for heat and split units for cooling. There’s also a large shared terrace area, though it doesn’t seem to get much use. We weren’t provided with cleaning service or breakfast. The check-in was a terrible start. We arrived at 7 pm and waited in the car for almost an hour for the manager, despite having given an approximate arrival time. After a tiring trip, all you want is to get settled. They partly made up for it by giving us an extra hour at checkout, but it left a very bad impression. The listing says it sleeps four, but the people in the living area have to use an uncomfortable sofa, especially for adults. They should consider a mattress alternative. The main bedroom bed is two single frames pushed together, and it sags badly in the middle. You keep shifting to the other side because it feels like sliding down a slide. The mattress seems old and needs replacing. The bedroom window had a broken hinge and wouldn’t shut all the way, letting in cold air and noise from dogs barking in the parking lot below. The curtains let in light too, so a blackout roller blind would help keep the dawn light out. There were a few smaller problems as well: no clothesline, so towels and laundry ended up hung around the apartment, and the kitchen inventory was incomplete. There weren’t any kitchen utensils, so we had to bring everything from the apartment, which put us off using it.
