Breakfast was generous and had plenty of variety. The room attendant was very kind and helpful, and the night receptionist was great too. Around the pool, though, the cleanliness could be better, or they could at least fumigate. Access to the pool also needs a handrail, especially for older guests.

Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and the receptionists were so friendly. Great service.

I only stopped in for lunch, and wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. They estimated 30-35 minutes, but I waited an hour and fifteen. The food came out raw, the waiters were disorganized, and nobody even checked how the meal was. They shouldn’t be serving food they don’t know how to prepare. It was only a simple skirt steak.

The hotel is only a few blocks from both the city center and the bus terminal, which was a big plus for our summer trip. My boyfriend and I found the cleanliness, breakfast, and friendliness pretty average, but reasonable for what we paid. There are things they could improve, yet I do recommend it. The staff who welcomed us were very friendly.

Breakfast is at the hotel, while dinner is at Hotel Santa Cecilia Uno, with a shuttle provided. The rooms are basic but clean, good for getting a night's sleep, and the staff are attentive.
