The rooftop pool area feels private because the building is one of the tallest in the area. It’s also right in the city center, close to most attractions. The terraces are large, the apartments are spacious, and the quality is great. There’s a parking space too. The one downside is the new construction next door. It casts shade for most of the day and makes the building darker.

Dario is fantastic and always there if you need anything. This is our second time renting the same apartment, and in my opinion it’s the best in Villa Carlos Paz for both the location and the accommodations.

I've lived here for over two years, and the apartments themselves are spacious and modern. The trouble is the upkeep. The garage entrance is in bad shape and its gate breaks often. Damp patches aren't properly fixed when reported, and the architect who handles inspections has been very disrespectful to me.
