A Hotel Decosuites

The reception team were so kind and attentive, and our room was lovely and comfortable. We came away feeling rested: it’s very quiet here, though only a short drive from the town center. I wasn’t keen on the rule against bringing in drinks. It would help to have at least two bottles of water in the minibar for each guest. If we’re back in Merlo, we’d happily stay here again 🙌

The park, with all the birds singing, made it easy to completely unwind, and the pool was lovely too. We only stayed one night while passing through, but my husband and I would gladly come back. We picked the treehouse room, which was gorgeous and different, with a beautiful mountain view. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt just right. Anita and Sabrina were great, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. It’s outside the city center, but well worth it for a relaxing break. The price was excellent. The mountain and garden views from our room were beautiful, and everything was clean, neat, and thoughtfully arranged. We stayed in the "Living in Poetry" suite and loved it. The breakfast was excellent and very generous, and all the staff gave wonderful service. Anita and Daiana were especially sweet. We’d love to come back and highly recommend it. The quiet was probably the best part. We could really switch off, whether lounging in the garden or on the balcony after a day out on the challenging, excellent excursions around the hills. The pool was spotless and a great size for hot days. Our room had spectacular hill views, plenty of space, a very large bathroom, and all the comforts, including armchairs, a table and chairs arranged nicely, plus more armchairs on the balcony. The intimate feel of the hotel stood out, and the staff treated us wonderfully throughout our January stay, our first trip to Merlo. Breakfast was simple but complete and excellent. There are three choices; we tried the country-style and natural breakfasts. The facilities were very good, and we’d absolutely recommend the hotel for resting and enjoying the area. We’ll stay here again when we return to Merlo. Two things could make it even better: a restaurant with a couple of lunch and dinner menus, and a heated pool. That would make it an incredible place to relax in nature beside the majestic Merlo hills.
