Check-in was quick, and the reception team always greeted us with a smile. The entertainment crew deserves an 11 out of 10, and both teams were consistently excellent. The all-inclusive options fit the hotel’s standard, with fresh, varied food and a bar always open with great choices and friendly service. The pool was clean with plenty of loungers, plus there was a heated pool, a hot tub, and an immaculate, airy gym looking out over the park and pool. It’s a 10/10 hotel and pet-friendly, too. "Gorda" sleeps in the park and is a very sweet, well-behaved dog who loves being petted by anyone who comes by. 🐕‍🦺♥️♥️

Everyone was outstanding and always smiling. The staff’s teamwork was excellent, the entertainment team was phenomenal, and the spa massage duo was amazing. It’s a lovely, peaceful place with incredibly attentive people. Other hotels in Pedraza should take this team as an example. I’ll recommend them wherever I can, and we’ll definitely return with the whole family.

The rooms are lovely, comfortable, and clean, and the staff are the best part of the hotel. Soledad at reception was professional and respectful, always helping sort out my issues and make the stay more pleasant. Ivan and Victor at the bars were consistently cheerful and gave exceptional service, while Karina, Carla, and Leyla were incredibly attentive and friendly. Flor and Amir from the Masrecreación team were witty, fun, and welcoming. This was our second year in a row here. The general experience is okay, but compared with last season, the food during my 10-day stay was very repetitive, often overcooked, and not tasty. The chicken was dry, the meat charred, the bread awful, and the appetizers and salads both poor and lacking variety. The chef is forgettable. I hope the new management can bring back the exclusive service guests had last season (2025).

Flor and Agustín organized activities that were a lot of fun and made everyone feel included. My wife and I had an amazing week together, and all the staff were warm and welcoming, giving us five-star service. Carla, Ivan, Cari, Zule, and Victor made us feel right at home. We were thrilled and really enjoyed our stay.
